Speaking of the scope of job, mainly your job to assist us directly in drafting of small to large scale projects such as residential, commercial, and institutional projects, and occasionally large scale residential and commercial projects. For more detailed job responsibilities please see below.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Assist us directly in drafting of small to large scale projects such as residential, commercial, and institutional projects, and occasionally large scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Able to cope with the project timeline which is around 10 working days from the start of the project until deliveries to our build team.
  • Able to work from our production office located at our workshop, which is far from the city center. (NOTE: From time to time, you are going to the site for surveys, please make sure you are willing for this and don’t have serious medical conditions)
  • You are to be responsible directly under the principal designer. Your performance will be measured on how well you can draft accurate and complete design information and how you deliver the job on time.

Keahlian :

  • AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, 3DS MAX.

Kualifikasi :

Any Educational Background, but experience in this specific job for Architecture / Interior Design for at least 1-2 Years

IMPORTANT:

  • You need to be able to do the job in a collaborative environment. This means: you need to have a proper understanding of file structure, Xref, layering, managing sheet, etc.
  • You need to be able to read and write English terminologies for architecture and interior design, as our reference material is all in English.
  • u also need to be able to communicate the information contained in the working drawing fluently to our production team.

Other Classifications:

  • Any Age is welcome, but preferably someone below 30.
  • People with OCD are welcome, they do things neatly. 😀
